Blaze is my fun dog to show. It was never my intention to keep him, but I always liked him a lot. I already had a red male so I wanted a special home for him. I had given him to a good friend but unfortunately it just wasn't the right time for her. When he was six months old I entered him in a few shows, his second show to my amazement he got WD and BOW. I was so shocked that when the judge chose me I looked and him and said out loud with the biggest question mark REAllY? He laughed and said why are you so surprised. He was a baby and I thought the older dogs were really nice so I never expected it. That wasn't the last time this young man shocked me. In 9 shows he picked up 3 majors and 2 major reserves. WOW....... He is now co-owned by myself and Steve. Steve will finish him and try to get his grand Championship on him....

OZ is a very cool young man with a sharp side; he is a true Doberman in every since of the word. I truly believe he would take someone down for me if needed. He is a lover just like his dad Sean. However he was not to be mine. OZ was named Yenko by his previous owner.

After my Kennel fire, I met Daryl and Kim who came to my home to interview for a prospective puppy from my next litter… whenever that would be. Daryl looked at my house and stated that I was in need of a contractor. I replied that yes I did but not for the house but for the empty spot that was once my kennel. I told Daryl that I had all my contractors lined up except for the finish contractor. I also told him that God would send me one. At that moment Daryl told me, he just did. My hair on my arms and the back of my neck stood up. Daryl was the best finish contractor I could have gotten. Yes God did send him, otherwise how could he have been all that I needed in a contractor.

My agreement withDarylwas that he could pick any puppy from my litter as repayment for all his hard work. He chose OZ. I was hesitant due to OZ’s tough personality but my word was my word. I talked to Daryl and warned him. I also told him to let me know if he needed help. Daryl was a little hard headed (if you know what I mean). He didn't listen and thought a book and a TV show could teach him how to raise a tough boy like OZ. Well, if you all know Dobermans you know what happened when OZ turned 10 months old and his testosterone kicked in. Yup, you guessed it he came back home to me. Yeah my boy was back, but oh my goodness did he need work! Well, almost 2 years later he is in the ring and winning big with Cindy Lane-Smith. They make a wonderful team. First weekend out reserve Winners Dog to a major and 2 major wins....... Can't wait to see what comes next......

Well this is what came next............. Reserve Winners dog to 2 points (very disappointing). Then next time out, Best of Winners for a 3 point major WOW! Next dayBest of Winnersfor a 4 point major, I was speechless. Third day, anotherBest of Winnersfor a 3 point major. You could have knocked me over with a feather..... That removed all my disappointment from four weeks prior..... What a man..... What a team.....

Next out his daughter.... Can't wait to see what Cindy does with her..... Go Cindy I am so happy we are back together.....

Sean was named after my Nephew. The day after I closed on the kennel I brought Brandi to work with me. That was
such a wonderful thing for me. It was something I had always wanted to do. While I was learning to run a boarding
kennel I was also whelping Brandi's litter.

Clint was a wonderful young man. He started his show career as a puppy. He loved to show and please his mommy.

While showing he received many Best of Winners and even a Best puppy in Show. Unfortunately his life was tragically

cut short when he became a victim of the fire at my Boarding kennel in September of 2008. I miss him dearly. Good

night my young man.

Luther was named after Luther Vandrous, the favorite R&B singer of my late husband, Otis. His AKC name was taken
from a song that Luther V. sang during the time of Otis's hospitalization, 'I'd Rather'.

The lyrics say, "I'd rather have bad times with you than good times with someone else." That is the way
I felt about him then and still do! But I sure love my Luther man and he loves his mommy too.
Luther now lives with my cousin in IL

Ransom was never meant to be my dog in my eyes. He was a red boy and I never had an urge to keep a red male, the red girls have my heart. Ransom was a bad penny that kept coming back. I always say everything happens for a reason. Ransom is a great stud dog, he was a wonderful show dog and is a gentle reminder of his grandma Sin and is content with sucking on or carrying his teddy bears.
Unfortunately Ransom died due to an injury that happened in a boarding kennel.

Oh my god... Ego! He had his name before he was even born. I knew in my heart I would have a male to take that name and he would live up to it. The day he was born I called everyone and told them of this magnificent puppy that had just entered the world. I am sure no-one could believe he was all I said he was, so he just had to go out and prove it.

He was the only puppy that Otis ever fell in love with as a baby. That dog was Otis's dog. Unfortunately
Otis had to see him become a Champion from a distance. Otis died on Ego's 6-month birthday, ironically
the day he became of age to show. EGO became the biggest winner at MOA and the 2nd Blue Doberman
in history to win a Best in Show.
Ego lives with his co-owner Tammi

Collin was purchased from a very dear friend, Sandra Hunter. I remember seeing Collin as a pup and thinking WOW. I would love to have him. The timing just was not right but as I said before everything happens for a reason. Later that year the opportunity arose for me to see Collin again. I sat and watched him from Sandra's window. I imagined him producing babies with the girls that I had at the time and thinking he was the perfect match for them. He had what I felt my breeding program needed.

It took a lot of convincing but Sandra finally gave in and sold me Collin. The day I picked him up I took
him directly to a show that I had pre-entered. HE WON, with Cindy Lane two points and BOW. I was so
 proud!
I then use another handler for a while until he decided he needed a vacation. I wondered from handler
to handler. Finally I talked to Cindy she told me where to enter him. His first day he got BOW and was
done. What a ride, Cindy was amazing..... I was so amazed by her handling, they won the class so easy
I was just standing there with my mouth wide open.
Collin went on to produce five Champions as well as 2 BISS bitches with more pointed. I will never
regret adding him to my breeding program and I will always be grateful to Sandra for selling him to me.
